Who we are
Ensigna Works LLC ("we", "us") is a New Mexico limited liability company. Its details are on the company information page. You can reach us at contact@ensignaworks.com.
This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising code, contains no forms, and loads nothing from any other website. We do not collect personal information through it.
The website is hosted by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. Like any web host, GitHub receives the technical information your browser sends when it requests a page - including your IP address - and may keep it in its logs for security and to operate the service. GitHub handles that information under its own privacy statement.
When you write to us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever your message contains. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with what you asked about, and we keep it for as long as that takes and afterwards only as long as the law or a genuine business need (such as an order or a dispute) requires. Our email is handled by our email service providers on our behalf.
When you buy from us
When our products are sold through an online marketplace, that marketplace collects and processes your order and payment details under its own privacy policy, and shares with us only what we need to fulfil and support your order. We use that information only for those purposes.
Our own software and Google services
We operate internal software that connects to Google services, such as Google Drive, solely to manage our own files, in Google accounts that belong to the company or its owner. It does not ask for access to any other person's Google account. Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide that internal function; it is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with anyone except as required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that act for us as described above, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to contact@ensignaworks.com with Privacy in the subject line. We will answer within a reasonable time and in any case within the time the law applicable to you allows.
Children
This website and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
